Terms of Service

Last updated November 22nd, 2021

Your use of Greek Capital Management is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Greek Capital Management. This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Greek Capital Management, your agreement with Greek Capital Management will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. The Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Greek Capital Management in relation to your use of the services. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

Member represents that he is active and is in good standing with the Chapter. Member recognizes his financial obligations to the Chapter and that these financial obligations are continuing.

The payments of all charges assessed by the Chapter are due no later than twenty days after receipt of each invoice sent to the Member. Such charges may include, but are not limited to: dues, rent, utilities, meal plan, destruction of property, late fees, organizational paraphernalia, and other charges assessed by Chapter. Greek Capital Management will not arbitrate any disputed charges. The Chapter will deal with all disputed charges.

Member hereby agrees to pay to the Chapter the amount set forth on each invoice sent to the Member required by this Contract. All payments that are not made by the due date set forth on each invoice shall be considered delinquent and may be assessed late fines. In the event Member fails to pay his obligations in a timely fashion under this Contract, Member agrees to immediately contact in writing the Treasurer and President of the Chapter and provide evidence of the cause for delinquency.

Member is aware that the fraternity does not allow for the resignation of Members (or "inactive" status). Member recognizes that the obligations under this Contract shall continue during the full term of this Contract until the first of the following occur: Member is expelled from the fraternity in accordance with the fraternity Laws; or Death.

In the event Member breaches any of his obligations under this Contract, Member agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and expenses of collection incurred by the Chapter and Greek Capital Management, including collection agency fees to enforce the Contract.

Greek Capital Management shall not condone or be held accountable for any illegal activities as seen by the laws of this country or for any actions that (i) infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including those regarding export control); (iii) are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, harassing, or obscene; (iv) interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent of causing an excessive or disproportionate load on Greek Capital Management or its licensors or suppliers' infrastructure; (v) involves knowingly distributing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines; (vi) involves the preparation and/or distribution of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or the like; (vii) would encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws or regulations; or (viii) involves the unauthorized entry to any machine. Contractor reserves the right to alert and voluntarily submit Fraternity's records to the proper authorities if it is believed that illegal activity has occurred.

The terms of this contract shall not be modified except by written amendment executed by the Chapter and Member, and approved by Greek Capital Management.
